Victory.  I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but most bread sold in Morocco is circular and fairly flat.  Don't get me wrong, it is sold fresh and tastes great but it is not suited to things like making American style sandwiches.  Usually I don't really think about it as good lettece is almost impossible to find in the area I live.  However, for the last couple months I've really, really, really wanted a grilled cheese sandwich.

Happy day, a new bakery opened up in Azilal, where my bank is, that sells bread in loaves.  Sure, I only have one knife that is both large enough and sharp enough to cut slices without totally mutilating the bread, but one is all I need.  So I made my grilled cheese sandwich.  Cough, even if I mealted the butter on my frying pan because it was too hard to spread.

Though I will only give my tomato soup six out of ten.  I think next time I need to use more tomatoes and less paste.  Err, and maybe a little experimentation with the herbs and stuff.   Do any of you have a good recipe that you can recommend?
